Submission Guidelines

Follow these guidelines to ensure your paper meets our standards

Paper Format

  • Use IEEE conference paper template
  • Maximum 8 pages for full papers
  • Maximum 4 pages for short papers
  • Maximum 2 pages for poster abstracts
  • PDF format only

Content Requirements

  • Original and unpublished work
  • Clear contribution to smart agriculture
  • Proper literature review and citations
  • Experimental validation or theoretical proof
  • English language only

Review Process

  • Double-blind peer review
  • Minimum 3 reviewers per paper
  • Review based on novelty, quality and relevance
  • Detailed feedback provided
  • Accept/reject/revise decisions
Important Submission Notes
• Papers must be submitted through our online submission system or MS CMT
• Submissions must follow the provided template format
• Similarity check will be performed on all submissions
• At least one author must register for the conference upon acceptance
• Camera-ready papers must incorporate reviewer feedback
