About The Conference

Agriculture is facing challenges due to the increase of world population, climate change, and the decrease of arable land worldwide. The recent development in AI, 5G technology and ChatGPT/DeepSeek can be of use to agriculture to fight the challenges.

The International Conference on Smart Agriculture (ICSASD 2026) is organised by the Centre for Smart Village in collaboration with Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University and Est West university to be held in April 3-4, 2026, in Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Bangladesh. The conference will provide a platform for academics, researchers, industry experts, agri-base entrepreneurs and practitioners to exchange and collaborate, delving into the applications and AI-base solutions in the broader field of agriculture. The concept of smart agriculture has emerged as a cnsenus within the industry, utilizing modern techniology means to enchance the production efficiency and sustainability of traditional agriculture.
